Bryan Foulk, DMD is an Arizona licensed dentist, a private practice dentist and a CLEAR National Certified Investigator. Dr Foulk has been a lifelong American Dental Association member and has served as an Arizona delegate and past president of the Young Dentists of Arizona within the Arizona Dental Association. He also served as President of his dental class at the Washington University Dental School. Dr. Foulk received advanced training through DOCS Sedation and Zimmer Institute Implant Training in California. Giving back to the community has always been a large part of his dental practice. He was a 34-year volunteer every Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Clinic along with participating at Hope Fest and Treating Youth on Their Own Students for free in his office. Dr. Foulk has also served as a consultant for Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners from 1996 – 2014 and as an expert dental witness from 2015 – 2020. He has been elected every year as Lifestyle “Top Dentist and Neighborhood Favorite”. He was also named, by the Explorer Magazine as “Top 3 in Town” and the local paper named him “Local Hero of the Year” and “USAF Local Hometown Hero of the Year” and he flew with the Thunderbirds. Dr Foulk is a past Pima College sedation instructor and served on the College Advisory Board for Health Sciences. Lastly, Dr. Foulk has served on numerous non-profit boards and has been elected president of several. Dr Foulk serves as a Deputy Chief Investigator to give back to the profession and community and keep dentistry strong.
