Mary Rossi is currently working as a Regional Partner at PDS Health where she has spent the last 10 years supporting clinicians and practice operations. As an equity owner at PDS Health, Mary has the unique opportunity to help dentists, hygienists and specialists serve patients throughout the Valley. Mary also has 18 years of experience in early education and business management. During that time, she served as a board member for the Arizona Child Care Association and a committee member with the Arizona Department of Health Services to rewrite rules and regulations for childcare centers and group homes. Mary has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University.

Mary is married with three grown children, 2 of which are serving in the United State Air Force.  She enjoys the outdoors, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
